Yes folks it's another MLM drink company called Yoli. Did you hear the news about the Yoli - Blast Cap? When will these drink companies stop popping out of the woodwork? Can all of these different companies really compete?

Yoli and the Yoli - Blast is the latest and greatest MLM launch in 2009 offering a health drink. The prodcut is the best on the market and is called Yoli - Blast Cap that produces a wonderful, energy producing, tasty, chemical free beverage. The Yoli comp plan is top notch and they have a super set of MLM pro's already taking action. They have done an excellent job of making their company look different and unique.

However, I have a problem with this and it's not only Yoli.

It seems every few months a new pre-launch starts with the latest and greatest. All of them sound very similar with the best plan, product and leaders. More and more companies are emerging and jumping on the MLM bandwagon.

The result is a big mess of opportunities. If you search the web you will find MLM companies selling everything from juice and vitamins to cell phone service and energy for your home. This is killing the MLM industry. It seems people are just trying to out yell everyone else and they switch from business to business hoping to find an answer.

We all know that keeping members in MLM is key. I have experienced the self destruction of a 200 person matrix in under a month. Top leaders have lost their rank that took many years to create.

What we see with new launches like Yoli is fast initial growth and then the real making of a business comes in. How well is their retention? Will members stay with Yoli when the next big pre-launch comes out? Will members end up like so many others attempting to build 4 to 5 companies and failing at them all?

This is the standard recruiting process in MLM. They are often convinced to sit in on an opportunity meeting where a very influential speaker gets up to talk. The speaker has a great talent for persuasion. Other members get up and tell their stories of success and the prospect is led back to the person who invited them with visions of wealth dancing around in their head ready to sign on the dotted line.

After arriving at home that evening the new home business owner suddenly realizes they have no idea how to grow their business. They are taught to contact their family and friends and work through their warm list. They might sign up a few reps or they might not but what they soon discover is that they have run out of people to talk too.

Now for the inevitable.

The rep works really hard for about 30 to 60 days but is getting nowhere. During a point of frustration he finds out one of his members just quit and tells him this business is not for them. In desperation the new rep begins to spend money on leads that don't convet. After about another 30 days the rep throws in the towel and decides it must have been a bad product so he goes in search of the next business opportunity. This will drive you to madness.

Yoli and the Yoli - Blast Cap present a comparable story. There is nothing out of the ordinary about Yoli from other MLM's. They have repackaged a business plan with yet another great health product. People will have the same experience with Yoli as they did with other businesses they have tried in the past. I am not preaching against Yoli just telling how it is.

So how do some people get results? There must be a better way and that's what I'm about to reveal to you.

Why do we refer to this industry as network marketing when there is no marketing training? Let me paint a picture for you. Imagine you were owner of ice-cream shop and you invited your warm list by to have ice-cream. Some of them would surely drop in and buy ice-cream during the week to help you out and support you. But what if they were your only patrons? What would you do without a constant stream of customers coming in daily? How long do you think your business would last? Ok, so now imagine you have a systematic way to market and bring in new customers. People are seeing information about your business and are drawn to your delicious ice-cream. Daily you get a constant flow of eager customers who can't wait to get theirs hands on your ice cream. How's that for a business?

The answer is...MARKETING! Once you inject "Marketing" into network marketing you get results. And actually you will have prospects chasing you down with credit card in hand ready to join your business once you understand how it works. And when you talk about retention look out! Once you teach others to duplicate "Marketing" you will keeps lots of happy members in your downline.

Attention Yoli members and all of the other MLM folks out there. There is a better way to do things. You can blast your business to a new level. When you know how to do it the sky is the limit.
