Many people are spreading the word about eBooks. For those that have heard of them, they think that they are great and that the good news about their arrival should be shared with others. Being able to upload eBooks onto your computer, mobile device or eBook reader is excellent and being able to upload them for free...is even better!

Project Gutenberg, is one of the oldest eBook sites available. It features many classic titles and over 20,000 titles in total making them a very large website to explore. If this website data base seems too overwhelming you can just click on the top 100 eBooks, to view a popular list.
iPhone users will enjoy a free eBook website that can give you over 30,000 eBooks right at your fingertips! This is exclusively for apple phone users only and also includes a free apple application that can be downloaded as well.
For all other mobile devices there are specific eBook websites designed for mobile phone uploads. For example there is; `gutenberg org` and `manybooks net`. Just to name a couple. These sites allow you to download their books right on to your phone. So where ever you are, you can view eBooks and download them, at your total convenience!
`Dailylit` is a website that offers a different feature. Here you pick the eBook you like, but then the website emails you just a few pages a day. The website likes the idea of having a relationship with eBook fans and allows them to share ideas and thoughts about the eBooks with other followers. There are 700 eBook titles available.
The library is also a great source for downloading free eBooks. Many libraries have taken part in the merge to the internet and are allowing people the opportunity to view books at home. This program is very handy for anyone who cannot get out, for example; people with special needs, bed ridden people and the elderly.
For anyone who loves to read and who enjoys doing it on an electronic device will thoroughly enjoy the idea of doing so for free. With everything costing so much money these days, it`s nice to have even a tiny thing at no cost.
