If you eat an uncooked diet, you eat foods like fresh fruits and vegetables. You also eat nuts, seeds, grains, beans, and such. The food is not cooked. Most people get too much fat in their diet. Your new diet will be naturally low in fat. The fats that you receive will be good fats. Good fats are ones that are in nuts, for example. Good taste

The taste of fresh fruits, vegetables and nuts, is very appealing. Many people do not stay with a change of diet, due to taste. This will not be the case. Your food will taste good.

Appealing

A lot of our hunger comes from appearance. If food does not look good, we may not want it. Fresh fruits and vegetables have dynamic colors and textures. They are as much fun to look at, as they are to eat.

Sodium

Your new diet will be very low in sodium. The average person takes in considerably more salt than they need. This may lower your blood pressure a great deal. Lower blood pressure is attributed to better heart health. You also feel less bloated, as you are not retaining water.

Weight loss

It will not be difficult to lose weight with this way of eating. Most fruits and vegetables are naturally low in calories. You can eat a great deal more of them, that the high calorie foods. You will feel fuller, also. Fruits and vegetables are more filling than fatty foods and sweets. That means that you will not be hungry. Hunger often makes people binge and eat more than they want. You can eat all of the fresh vegetables and fruits that you want.

Feel better

After a while you will feel better. You will not be taking in preservatives and chemicals. This may make a difference in your health. When you feel better, you feel more like exercising. Exercise is important for good health and weight loss.
