Be aware of value of this business: I see a lot of undercover home business owners these days. It is extremely sad because they don't have idea of the gold they have on their hand. When you take the network marketing industry serious and also you know very well what it could do for you and your family, you simply won't let anybody to talk you out of it. You won't permit or embrace any negative talk about this business. Because this is the only industry where ordinary individuals like you and I can become a monthly six figure earner in a little time frame when compared to other industry.
Do not play with your business: It still baffles me when I see people that think this is a hobby. This is your business. Making it fun and treating it as an hobby are 2 different things.. I like playing basketball as an hobby. I will not go to the field if I don't feel strong enough to. Treating your business this way will be a disaster. . Getting up and prospecting to a specific number of people every day is one money making activity that we have to do every day. Even on days when you don’t feel like getting up, you have to get up and prospect. The more you do it, the more comfortable you get and it becomes automatic. Take your business serious.
Don’t spend time on Skeptics. The way I see this is that you have to be a “no” giver. Going out there and recieving nos is the most popular beliefs. I am telling you the opposite now that you should give the nos. If your potential recruit stays on the fense in terms of joining your mlm organization, give them the 'no' the answer. You will spend more time babysitting this folks even if they decided to join you. We are not supposed to beg someone to make money with us. That is not the way it works. Ban them from your mlm business. Do not waste time on anyone. Time is not money. Time is more valuable than money. The more disqualifications you give, the richer you will get..
Don’t babysit anyone in your organization: That might come out mean but it is the total reality. You job as a leader is to make a duplicate-able system accessible either online or offline. It is every reps’ job too follow the system and earn money for themselves that way. Do what you have the ability and time to do for your reps. But you have to remember that you have to be regularly sponsoring people also. Do not get stuck in the management mode. Constantly recruiting is where you will make most money.. Most of your initial money will come from the bonus.
Do not take lightly the events: When I say event, I am pretty sure you think I am only referring to the international or national events. I am talking about both the event online and offline. When talking about off the internet, go to every home meeting that you can. If you do not have to, do not miss the saturday events. The same idea is applicable to the regional events. Do not go there like a religious activity because you have to because you really don't have to. Nevertheless, attend because there is something that you can become skilled at every single time. The same idea applies to online. Be present at every webinar that that time permits (even from other network marketing company). In terms of motivation, they are effective and you can steal what is working for other.
