It is never too early to plan a vacation for spring break 2011. A quick search online will pull up a host of deals which should be booked as early as possible if you want to ensure you get the best accommodation in the most popular destinations and resorts.

The following list contains a few suggestions that are worth considering.

Bermuda: Always a favorite, Bermuda has been attracting spring breakers for many years and not without reason. It is an island which has a charm that is unmatched by other destinations. If you are to consider this beautiful and laid back location keep in mind the cost of the flight as well as the accommodation.

Acapulco: Mexico has been receiving college students on their spring break for many decades but it is only in the last few years that Acapulco has become a hot spot to head to. It is an economical choice and one that is sure to create lasting memories for any one who visits.

Cancun: Also in Mexico, Cancun has found itself high on the list for many students planning their spring break for 2011. It is a popular choice as it can easily be reached by air in as little as three hours from most parts of the southern US. If you are tempted to head to this lively resort then make sure you do not get over excited. There has been cases of students ending up spending a night or two in jail due to their over exuberance.

Bahamas: A long time favorite for students of all ages and persuasions, the Bahamas do not have the same reputation as being a party location as other destinations but nevertheless it is still an excellent place to head to and forget about the stresses of college and let your hair down.

Florida: If you are planning to stay within the US next spring break then you could do far worse than booking a weekend to Daytona, Myrtle Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Panama city or another resort town in the sunshine state. It has been a destination for students since the 1960s and is still as popular today. If you want an economical vacation then you will not be disappointed. By saving money on your airfare you would be able to spend more on entertainment.

Denver: For an altogether different experience why not head to the pristine ski slopes of Denver for your spring break. It will be an experience that will stay in your mind and be talked about for many years. Just be certain you do not mix alcohol with the slopes.
