In case you are so sick and tired of attending beach weddings, then I guess it is just about time that wedding organizers and planners become a little bit more innovative when thinking of new ways to create special wedding ideas. This time, I think that outdoor weddings or more commonly known as garden weddings should be one of the top priorities of soon-to-be couples.
You can not only save lots of light on your wedding day but you can be sure that your wedding day will have all the natural light that you will be needing. It makes a perfect set up for those who wish to have their wedding covered by some video crew.
If in case we have already arranged with the wedding planners and coordinators to take care of the wedding for us, it won't hurt to have our own checklist to make sure that everything will fall in their rightful places. You need to have your own plans aside from the list that the wedding planners and the organizers have. It won't ever hurt to remind them of your priorities when it comes to the wedding ceremony and the wedding reception afterwards.
You really do not have to live with everything what the wedding organizers and the wedding planners lay in front of you. You have every right to voice out your worries and your priorities. It is your wedding day after all.
The first thing you need to make sure of is that your guests will all be comfortable in their places during the wedding ceremony and the wedding celebration afterwards. Anything can happen with outdoor weddings since you will most likely be having it under the sky. You need to make sure that you have some sort of tents to cover them all from both the heat of the sun in case you have it earlier or if you want o have it at night. This will keep you all safe from unexpected rains as well.
You don't want to get all drenched in the rain on your wedding day, do you? I am pretty sure your guests and everyone else would not want the same thing.
If in case you have already set up everything outdoors, ensure that your tents are all sturdy and strong enough to withstand strong winds. You should also have a back up plan if in case the rain gets a bit out of hand. You would not want your guests flying all over the place, would you? You need to make sure that your wedding venue will both have an indoor and an outdoor part.
You should be aware that even if you are all covered underneath your tent when it rains, the ground beneath you can get really soft. You would not want to go home with soggy and muddy shoes.
One thing you also need to make sure of would be the sound system. Be sure that everyone will be able to hear you around the place so that they would not have to guess whether what they are supposed to do then. The right music should also be chosen wisely since some would actually be a bit conservative when it comes to the wedding ambience. You need to make sure that the music will be appropriate for the mood. That is unless everyone at your wedding will be rock stars, then by all means, go ahead and play your song.
