Members of the military who are charged with an offense such as DUI, sexual assault, drugs, desertion, fraud or larceny, violent crime, or any of a number of other offenses find themselves in very deep trouble whether they are guilty of the charge or innocent. With consequences often far more severe than civilian court penalties and a powerful prosecution system with unlimited resources determined to demonstrate the defendant's guilt, it is imperative to a military defendant's future to have the best legal representation available.

Once it's done, there is rarely anything that can be done to repair a record after a military conviction or OTH (Other Than Honorable) separation.
