Product liability under the law is a liability that applies to manufacturers and sellers of products. Under product liability, they are legally liable to compensate users, buyers or even bystanders for any damages or injuries caused and suffered because of defects in the products they manufactured. Despite the fact that these defects were not intentionally placed to cause damage, the right to use by a consumer defines his right to quality and right to value for money.
